Went there specifically for 🍋lemon filled doughnuts and was not disappointed! They only had one left up. So she went and made the rest that we wanted right then. They were soooo delish 😋 Great Customer Service. Definitely will return!!!

Worst Bagel place in warren my daughter and I went in for bagels this morning we waited in line for 5 or 6 minutes while 2 old lady's were just chatting away 1 old employee lady looked right at me nodded walked away so we sat down thinking we might then get some service and we once again looked at and walked by we watched other ppl walk in and get served i felt like I had to either make a scene or get loud to actually get service so I simply decided to walk out The employees walked right passed us we waited at the register just to get walked away from this was our last trip here bagels at detroit donut are bigger anyways I would highly recommend ppl to stay away from this place no customer should ever feel disappointed with service nor have to deal with that its absolutely unbearable hire some younger employees who are actually paying attention. Place is super small and thos place is all hype nothing special at all sub par in fact.

This bagel café has become one of our favorite breakfast spots because everything consistently tastes fresh and homemade. The bagels are soft inside with the perfect amount of chewiness on the outside, and the cream cheese options add plenty of variety without feeling excessive. Compared to prepackaged grocery store bagels or chain breakfast shops, the quality here is noticeably better overall. The employees are friendly even during busy mornings, and service moves quickly without sacrificing accuracy. It’s the kind of casual local café that makes simple breakfasts feel much more enjoyable and worth going out for.

I will be honest, My first experience here was short of expectations. I made the mistake of not ordering ahead or giving myself extra time for the order. If you do either of those things listed above the right way, your experience will be wonderful. The staff here at Donut Castle does a remarkable job of service and friendliness. The sandwiches and donuts themselves are great. However it is the customer service that keeps me coming back. Thank you to the team at Donut Castle!

12/10 Hands down the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. This is a local GEM. 15 years, I've been coming here and it hasn't changed. Bagels are fresh, and there is quite a variety. Everything bagel is my go to- egg and cheese sandwich --. Eggs are fluffy and never overdone, cheese perfectly melted. Their coffee is some wholesome and in my opinion perfect. Any donut I've ever gotten is fresh and delicious. They sell out pretty much daily so you know it's fresh. Weekends are expectedly busy, so making sure you call ahead or have  10+ extra minutes to wait, depending. Overall LOVE this place. The staff is friendly, and they are ALWAYS busy. Calling ahead is a good option. They have a drive through as well, which moves pretty quickly.
